Aqua Trek to Sa Oche Cave
Sa Oche Cave is one of the most spectacular hidden gems of the Supramonte karst landscape. This impressive cave belongs to an extensive underground system directly connected to the famous Su Gologone spring, acting as its natural overflow and located approximately 31 meters above it on the northern side of the Supramonte of Oliena.
What will you see during this water trek?
The adventure begins at a large and monumental entrance leading into an extraordinary underground world. The first 50 meters are dry and easy to walk through, but the real excitement starts when the cave opens onto the first underground lake, stretching for an incredible 110 meters. After a short dry section of about 30 meters, you’ll reach a second suspended lake measuring around 60 meters, before continuing through fascinating passages towards the final siphon.
Walking and swimming among stalactites, stalagmites, towering columns and vast underground chambers is truly unforgettable. Crystal-clear waters and small white quartz sand beaches create the sensation of exploring another world — almost like stepping onto an alien planet.
